Hidden Park Residences is a new development which opened it doors in January 2024. It is in the Versalles neighborhood, and is a quick walk to many restaurants of your choosing. It's also close walking distance to beach access, Costco, grocery shopping at Soriana, local bars, airport, cinemas, casinos, and other local businesses.

Your comfort awaits you on the chaise as you stare into an 86 inch TV. You have ample island space for cooking, dining, or your favorite cocktail. Rest in blissfully in the main guest suite. The additional guest retreat will make you leave your cares behind. The veranda overlooks the Sierra Madre Mountains. Watch many magnificent sunsets while taking a dip in the rooftop pool. The Condo has a washer/dryer, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and convection oven.

The accommodations include 2 bedrooms, each with king size beds. The main suite has a private bathroom, and the second retreat has access to the additional full bathroom. The main suite has a office space as well as ample closet space. The second retreat also has great closet space. Both bathrooms have large relaxing walk-in showers.

About the Owner

Casa Stephano was born and launched in 2024 by 2 guys named Stephen from Texas, hence the name Casa Stephano. We have long term goals of one day retiring in Mexico. We are both legal Mexican residents (not citizens) and thoroughly enjoy the small vibrant town of Puerto Vallarta. We both hold professional licenses in the United States. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience, vibe, and memorable moments while staying at one of our properties.We expect nothing less for our guests. We are also big sports fans, foodies, wine & bourbon nerds, and avid travelers. Our best times are playing with our granddaughters who are 9 & 7.
